  I went in looking for a new phone. I had done some research on my own so I already had an idea of a few phones I wanted to look at. The sales rep was super helpful and showed me the phones I had researched as well as a couple others and explained their strengths and weaknesses. I was able to find a phone I liked and get it activated all in one trip. The store is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Also, I didn't have to wait for help which was super nice.
