  I went into this store twice today. The first time I was greeted promptly. After describing what I wanted to do I was told to come back with some equipment I had previously purchased. When I visited the second time the guy I talked to didn't remember me and insisted that we hadn't even spoken. I showed him the card he had given me earlier but he still had no clue that we had spoken only two hours before. I was asked to wait a minute, after about 20 minutes I just left. My business will be going elsewhere. Thanks for the reply car toys bot.

  I visited the Mississippi Store with the purpose of making a purchase on a new head unit. I was near leaving the store due to no acknowledgement from any of the staff, but then Jordan came up to me and greeted me. He was very well-dressed and professional looking which I liked. I asked my few questions i had about the stereo I was looking to buy and he answered all promptly and straight forward. he helped me with my decision on which Kenwood model to buy, and I made my purchase and went on my way. But his help didn't end with my exiting of the store. Two days later I received a phone call from him asking me if I was satisfied with my purchase and if there was anything else he could do for me. A nice change of pace from my home store location in Parker. Thank you Jordan..--Chad W.

  I walked into the store with a vague idea what I wanted, and Jordan was fantastic. He and Chris talked me through my budget, what I wanted, etc. Jordan was amazingly patient and knowledgeable while I tried out different stereo systems and was able to translate all the fancy speaker terms into language I could understand. I love my new stereo system and backup camera. I will definitely be coming here for any future car updates.
