  I went into the show room, ordered the carpet, informed the salesman that I needed the carpet installed asap. I was told it would be installed within two weeks. A week had passed. I heard nothing. I called the store to ask when the carpet would be measured and installed. They had no clue who I was. The sales associate forgot to turn in my order. I was very disappointed to say the least. Poor service!

  Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! As first time home buyers we were unsure of the process to get our carpet and wood flooring replaced. Mathew Rodriguez walked us through every step with knowledge. He answered all our questions to find the best carpet and flooring for our family. We have worked with Mathew on two different occasions, and look forward to working with him again, as we continue to make home improvements. Thanks for the amazing service and carpet/flooring!!
