  I set up my account in the store. I decided to go online and shop so I filled my cart up with almost $200 and tried to check out but when I tried to the system told me I needed to reset my password. So I hit the reset button and it sent me a email saying how easy it would be to reset my password.. so I click on the reset button in the email and it just sent me back to the home page of the website. I did this 4 times before I called customer service to get help. I was on hold (no joke) For 1hr and 36mins I finally just hung up and called the store but there is nothing they can do to help you just have to spend half of your day on hold.. i will not shop in person or online from this place ever again.. YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
