  Bought 6 months ago. Sales guy was super helpful and kind, however the quality of the furniture is less than impressive. We are gentle with our furniture, but only 6 months after our purchase, there are holes in the pillows and the couch. The coffee table easily scratches. The bed, however is comfy at least. But I probably won’t be a customer again.

  We were at Best Buy today and saw a TV my wife was interested in for our bedroom. Nothing extravagant but we thought we'd check out Conn's since we had good experiences before. This moron of an employee, talk Hispanic gentleman laughed when I asked him about their price match guarantee. He says to us if it's that price at Best Buy then to go back there. The most unprofessional jerk of a salesman I've ever experienced. If I go back to a Conns again I'll go to Park Meadows, if this idiot is the kind of employees they choose to hire. He straight told me to go to a competitor and that Conns price match guarantee is a joke, his words not mine.
