  I visited this store after the owner had finished with attending some conventions. The whole store was a wreck, he had NONE of the product that pictures of his store portrayed, he had garbage strewn all over the place, and was extremely unfriendly and very "stand-offish". He acted as if we were intruding on his day, even though the place was open; frankly, if you don't want people in there, don't open the store!!! Some would say "what do you expect after a convention?" I expect that if you don't have any stock, then don't say you're open!! If a few conventions wipes your merchandise out, then what is the point? I was NOT impressed, and will not be visiting this place again. I recommend strongly against patronizing this business.

  DON'T SHOP HERE VERY RUDE!!! For a shop that regularly attends conventions the service sure is rude. I wanted to buy art books from this booth as I am a manga artist and I really wanted to expand my collection of reference material. However on 2 seperate occasions at cons when I even began to shop I was treated with such rude service that I have never wanted to shop at the store nor have I returned to the booth, nor will I. One time okay maybe it was a bad day for them, twice and at a completely seperate event and I am wodering why would I shop here? I work in retail. Customer service is very important and I am always very nice to clerks, because I know it can be hard. At the end of the day though,I was in the store/booth with money with the intent of taking home some art books the clerk couldn't even manage to speak in a polite tone of voice instead I got a tone that made me upset and leave. TWICE!!! If you read these reviews you should know you lost a customer for life and I am taking the time to tell all of my friends and their friends too.
