  Please read This Review before reading others, it will save your time. I've owned Oreck Vacuums for over 20 years now. Great Vacuums. Very reliable. I've always bought bags, belts in bulk just to have on hand as they were needed. Last weekend my last bag in my vacuum was full. I work approximately 2 miles from the Aurora store where I have always bought parts and supplies. I decided I would stop on my way home to pick up some bags. Sure enough, a customer of mine called and said she would be 30-40 minutes late to pick up her vehicle. (I Manage an Automotive Repair Facility in Aurora}. I told her I would wait as I knew she needed her vehicle. As she said, she was 35 minutes late to pick up her vehicle. I helped her, and in 3 minutes she was on her way. The time was 5:50 PM. I knew the Oreck Store closed at 6 PM And being only 5-10 minutes from the store, I called to see if they would possibly wait a few minutes as I was just leaving. The man who answered the phone said they close at 6 but would be there for a few minutes and IT WAS OK for me to come to the store. I hurried to get there as the man was kind enough to wait for me. I pulled in to the parking lot, got out of my car to see 2 men walking out the door. I said-HEY, I'M THE GUY THAT JUST CALLED, They looked at me and said WE'RE CLOSED. Imagine that. They couldnt wait 5 minutes to help a customer. I told them I WONT BE BACK IF THIS IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then, one of the 2 guys has the nerve to say to me: I'LL BET WHEN YOU GET OFF WORK YOU LEAVE RIGHT AWAY, DONT YA? I let him know I had just waited over 30 minutes for a customer, thats why I was late getting there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I have never ever been treated so badly by a business. The only reason I gave this place a star was i had to to post this review.
