Always feces on the animals and pets in overcrowded cages. Have told staff ourselves when animals were walking in feces and got an eye roll or two and not much else. Lethargy, runny noses, and an owner who openly justifies purchasing not only from puppy mills, but a notorious one with a long list of violations.
