  Good service and they were honest with me. Bought a new Kenwood stereo and also asked them to go through my existing system (a sub and amp were installed before we bought the vehicle but didn't seem to be working right). They explained everything clearly and when they didn't need the full quoted hour for the existing system service and tune up, they didn't charge me for it. They were also very nice and cheerful with my two crazy kids running around the store.

  Customer service was terrible. When people are trying to spend big money they should be treated with respect. I went the FIRST time to get a new stereo installed and the dude got a attitude with me because I was asking questions about the stereos. If it was not for my itch to get a new stereo installed I would have left. The my dumd ass went back again to get a amp and a sub. I know how to install my own things but I have the money to have someone else do it. He tried to sell me an more expensive amp than I needed and then didn't really know about the sub's. Then he just left me to help another customer in the middle of me once again asking questions. Then another guy came to help me, but then once again went to help some one he knew was going to spend money. The business lost out on at least 1000$ sale from me. And on top of it I went to best buy and it was 200 dollars cheaper!!!!!! Stereo warehouse got my money and I'm happy!!!!
