  Purchased two chairs in the amount of $959. Patricia the sales lady told us we would get the furniture delivered in a week. 5 days later, she called back and said the chairs are now on back order and we were on a waiting list and said we "might" get the chairs in a month. Asked for a refund. After the credit was issued Patricia asked if I was happy with the service. I was in the middle telling her that my wife and I weren't happy but she cut me off and said "yeah bye" and ended the phone call.
