  Worst place I've ever been ! Sprint is already bad when it comes to giving all the details up front but this staff on two different occasions assured me what I was getting would work best for what I was needing it for and they were beyond wrong! I got nothing but a phone with so little memory that I can't even keep apps that I actually use on it because then my phone won't even work correctly and was sold a hot spot that of corse has the most insane overage charges that were never once brought to my attention, and that's if the device even works in the first place ! And when I went in to find a solution I waited for 20 min just for one of them to come out of the back area just to be told " I don't know what to tell you it's not my fault you didn't look into it" They will push what ever they can in your face to make you spend your money as I would assume there on commotion and then once you have a problem they can not be bothered with you anymore . After that kind of experience i won't be renewing any type of contract with them ever again after 7 years of service ! Spare yourself the loss in money and waisted time on things you won't need !
