  Pleasant employees who obviously want to be helpful. However, too many people need help, too few places to sit and wait for up to an hour on a busy day. How about some sort of appointment scheduling for those who have trouble sitting on cold metal window sills? That, and after waiting and obtaining a new piece of equipment, I STILL had to call and get someone to help get thru the maze of instructions repetitively before the new equipment actually worked. A total of seven hours spent to replace a malfunctioning box---not to mention mileage and wandering about a small area finding the right place! Harumph!

  I received a decent deal on an on sale phone and was talked into buying a case for it as well being told that if I didn't like it I could always return it. Well turns out I didn't like the $50 case that I was originally told was only $35. I went to return the bulky untouch friendly case and was told that I only had 14 days to return it, it had be 17 days. As a result I'm taking my unlocked phone to another service provider.
