  They are the best there. Yes the wait time stinks, but it's worth the wait. They are always so busy at the store because it's always busy and they make sure you are getting what you want. Scott is my favorite.

  There's always a wait, which sucks, but the staff at this location are top notch. I won't go to any other T-Mobile locations. These guys know their product and services and if it's something they're not sure of they'll work to find a solution. I have recommended other T-Mobile users to just go to this location after they've had terrible experiences at other locations and they all end up with their problems solved! There's limited disabled parking, and the lot is small, but this is my go to location!

  This place is great. They can get backed up, but this is pretty common at a mobile phone seller (the Verizon in Southlands is FAR worse). I think his name is Scott -the guy that demonstrates the protection of Tech 21 cases by throwing them across the room- is amazing! Honestly, he's a friendly guy to talk to. He's incredibly attentive, and really works hard when assisting you. Everyone I've encountered has been very knowledgeable, and you never feel like you've gotten swindled on something after you walk out. These people are proud T-Mobile employees, and it shows. They believe in what they are selling, and let the product sell itself. I typically go during non-peak hours, so the wait is often minimal. That said, I enjoy the heck out of every experience I have here!
