  I foolishly purchased a $7 express car wash and found it barely put a dent in the winter road grime on my car. I went in and spoke with the nice lady at the counter who offered me a complimentary rewash, upgraded to the highest category, at no cost. Appreciate the customer service. Pro tip: don't waste your money on the express wash. At least pony up the extra $1 for a midgrade wash, which includes use of the dryer.
