  Shiela is extremely rude and disrespectful it is apparent that her 35 years of dog grooming has made her bitter and unhappy maybe she should choose a new profession. It’s sad because this is a very nice facility and I would have rather given it a five star review based on my first visit which was very pleasant. If I go back unfortunately I will not be able to allow the groomers to touch my dog if Shiela is present. Being a business owner myself I have no sympathy for people being rude to customers when they want to communicate something regarding the profession; you can always talk to a customer from a caring perspective and ask questions to get information rather than being accusatory.

  The price was right, the groomer cut our dog Stitch's nails, brushed him out and the haircut turned out amazing! Mia was our first and will probably be our lifetime groomer. The store was clean and all the staff was super friendly! Will definitely be returning!
