  The managers here are young but very informative and helpful and everything in the store is fairly clean and organized at all times. The busiest times are during the weekends though so if you don't like crowds then this isn't the place to be on a Saturday or Sunday

  I have NEVER witnessed such poor customer service. The manager of that store has looked miserable for the last three years I've been going there. I've always hated it but went because it's the only grocery store near my house. Today they have finally lost my business for good and I know she could careless. She gets carried away telling people no to refunds. I've probably been there literally 150 times and returned items maybe 4 times. Every single time it's a hassle and she tries to deny it. Every single time, I have left feeling as if they thought I was trying to get over on them for 4 dollars! As a single mom, I am forced to be smart with my hard earned money and that's why I shop there. If I want to return an item, I don't want to be treated like I stole it. I'd rather spend the money and go to Target down the street. Ive never been treated that way at another Walmart. This chick must get a bonus for having the store with the fewest returns or something. I don't see why else she could possibly take 4 dollars so personally. Especially when I spend a minimum of 100 a week there. I wish they all followed the same return policy, but they don't.
